These are all the available Laurastar accessories, as well as ironing boards and covers, for use with your all-in-one ironing system or high-pressure steam generator.

Protective soleplate

With the protective soleplate, there is no need to adjust the temperature. This accessory is easy to handle and is designed to avoid damaging delicate fabrics. In a single movement, it smooths black or dark fabrics with impeccable results, leaving no shine or iron marks. Thanks to its special coating, it can also be used to iron delicate fabrics such as silk, synthetic or printed fabrics with complete peace of mind.

Steam cord holder

The steam cord holder allows you to iron quickly and efficiently by keeping the iron cord high up, so it’s out the way while you iron. It can be removed and fixed to the ironing board. The steam cable is inserted at the top of a vertical rod for greater manoeuvrability of the iron and easy, comfortable ironing. Usually made of stainless steel, it’s an essential part and accessory of a Laurastar all-in-one system. It’s also ideal for upgrading your ironing board.

Mobile telephone holder

The mobile phone holder allows you to iron while still watching your ironing tutorial application, as well as listening to music and watching videos. The mobile phone is held in place with a space-saving and easily adjustable articulated arm system.

Protective cover

Protective covers are designed to keep the system free of dust and dirt. It easily fits over the board thanks to its soft material and zip. It is made of a durable fabric for easy carrying. Laurastar protective covers are even more practical as they can be put in the washing machine at 40°C, they should be washed inside out.

Insulating mat

For more freedom and safety, an insulating mat is one of the most useful accessories: you can place the hot steam iron on this removable iron rest without burning the ironing board cover while you work. It is adapted to the soles of any steam generator and ironing system for easy ironing. It can also be placed on a work surface, chest of drawers or sofa for disinfecting surfaces and vertically steaming fabrics.

Protective soleplate hook

The practical soleplate hook allows you to hang the soleplate or removable Teflon soleplate while it’s still warm. It is inserted in a designated slot on the ironing system. Practical, it allows you to have everything within reach.

Drain tray

The drain tray allows excess water to be emptied and makes emptying easier, thus extending the life of the appliance.

Water tank

The water tank is a removable reservoir that is used to refill steam generators or all-in-one systems. The tank can be filled at any time without having to switch off the appliance first. The tanks have a space reserved for a cartridge or anti-scale water filter which is essential when using tap water for linen care. The capacity of the tank depends on the type of steam generator or ironing system.

Soleplate cleaning mat

How do you clean the soleplate of an iron?

With the cleaning mat, simply rub the cold iron soleplate vigorously by pushing the iron forwards and backwards. Crease removal hook

To quickly remove wrinkles from your clothes with greater flexibility, no matter where you are, the crease removal hook is ideal: whether you attach it to the top of a door or a wardrobe, you can put a hanger on it to remove creases from shirts vertically, just like at the dry cleaners. It also works well with travel irons.

For use with your IZZI hygienic steamer

IZZI Cart

IZZI Cart makes it easy to move the Laurastar IZZI and IZZI PLUS hygienic steamers. Featuring wheels and a height-adjustable hook for hanging up any fabric or object you want to sanitise, its stability and manoeuvrability make it easy to disinfect the entire home with IZZI. Water tank

The water tank allows for unlimited use of the hygienic steamer. These tanks, which can hold more than 1 litre, can be filled at any time without having to switch off the appliance first. The removable tank contains an anti-scale filter to filter tap water before disinfecting, meaning there is no need to descale your household appliance.

For use with your IGGI hygienic steamer

The Box et the Tube

The IGGI hygienic steamer comes with accessories that allow you to turn your IGGI into a compact hygienic steamer. They save time with additional features: the Box attaches to IGGI's nozzle, turning it into a high-pressure steam generator that disinfects several small objects at the same time with no need for adjustment. The Tube is a special nozzle for sterilising jars, baby bottles and drinking bottles with IGGI's high-pressure steam.

Travel pouch

The IGGI travel pouch allows you to transport it with its accessories to reduce rubbing and shocks thanks to its lightweight, resistant and washable neoprene material.

Descaling solution

Specially developed for IGGI by Durgol in Switzerland, this descaling liquid is recommended to maintain and maximise the service life of your hygienic steamer. To optimise performance and the disinfecting properties of Laurastar DMS, we recommend descaling your appliance at least once a month.

Refill bottle

Laurastar’s practical refill bottle makes it easy to fill the IGGI hygienic steamer with the exact amount of water needed from the tap.

How do you iron quickly and easily?

First, gather and set up the equipment: attach the cord holder to the table, place the hook and fit the protective soleplate so it’s always within reach, then attach the insulating mat for greater flexibility.

Then, while it is heating up, organise your clothes according to the type of fabric, from the most delicate to the most durable, and place them next to the ironing board. You are now ready to iron.

How do you iron delicate clothes safely?
